Charles Darwin School is hosting a series of DJ workshops which guides students through a full range of DJ skills such as scratching and beatmatching. The course has been aimed at Year 9 and Year 10 students who have shown an interest in these skills. The classes are run by two professional DJs’ Nigel Hosten and Tim Shingfield and are fully resourced. The course is engaging and fun and is specifically created to suit the students involved. Each student works between vinyl and CD turntables to give them full opportunity to obtain “hands on” experience.
